Do I need a real estate license or experience?

No. In most states you buy as a principal and assign your contract, so no license is needed. We cover the few states with special rules. This isn’t legal advice; always check your market.

What if I can’t sell a property I put under contract?

You start with the builder’s buy box, so the buyer is lined up before you make an offer. If plans change, our Deal Desk gives you a written offer within 72 hours. And contracts include an inspection period, so you can walk away if something’s wrong.

Won’t the builder cut me out?

No. The seller is under contract with you, so the builder can only buy the property through your contract.

How much time does it take?

About one to two focused hours a day. Many partners started while working full-time jobs.

How much does it cost?
